HERA UV Mist Cushion - Which Colour Should I choose?

What colour should I choose? 

Its a typical question when we shop for BB cream/CC cream/ foundation what so ever......Hope my articles can help you a bit for the selection. 

As ususal of the Korean standard shade, HERA BB cushion have  2 big ranges of shade: N & C

N stands for “natural tone” while C stands for “high coverage”.

And color shade #21 is lighter than #23

The available colours for HERA UV Mist Cushion as follows:

Natural Shining: N21, N23

Cover Glow: C21, C23

I have collected few comments from several beauty bloggers.   

N21

The first one to show is a Taiwanese blogger effielin22 who use #N21

N21 has relatively bright shade but it work pretty well on Asian skin tone like Taiwanese and Korean.  It sticks onto the skin very well with dewy glowy finishing glow and shiny effect which they claimed it a photoshop effect.

Two different skin tone were seen between blogger effielin22’s face and neck.  Can tell quite a bit of differences, but most Asian believed whitening make you look pretty.  So if the differences is not too big, it is better to apply shades that is slightly lighter than your orginal .

The following picture show the differences of #N21 and #C21, both belong to brighter range. However, you can see C21 is brighter than N21.

C21

To give you a more clear picture how bright C21 can be, here is a Korea Blogger:

C21 definitely the brightest colour among HERA cushion collection. My personal opinion is that C21 is suitable for white skin tone or someone with white shade require extra coverage for acne or blemishes , otherwise N21 will look more natural with sheer appeal. 

N21

Lets take a look on another Taiwanese blogger Alice who wearing C21. The coverage on her look perfect!

N23/C23

Now, its time to introduce a darker tone N23/C23.  Even though I claimed it a darker tone, but its just slightly darker compare to N21/C21, as HERA’s product only made to target Asian.  Thanks for Thai Blogger Orangina who give us a very clear pictures of the differences of C23 and N23.

She first applied C23 on her half face.  The shade match perfectly to her!

She also demonstrated the differences of N23 and C23. 

N23 is the most natural shade among HERA BB cushion collection.  To my own opinion, unless you got a perfect skin.  Otherwise by wearing N23, it will show all your weaknesses becoz it nearly seems barely makeup.

 

From this picture, you can tell both N23/C23 look good on Blogger Orangina as she got a perfect skin condition.
